Description:
E310-16 electrodes were developed for the welding of type 310 stainless steel, weld deposit will exhibit the same chemical analysis and oxidation resistance as the base plate metal. E310-16 is considered a general purpose electrode for welding almost every analysis of carbon and alloy steel. Preheating to 300 to 500F produces strong crack-free welds in dissimilar steels.
